Gralon A. Johnson

With extensive experience conceptualizing and executing strategic campus-wide initiatives, Dr. Gralon A. Johnson serves as the Iowa State University Fellow for the University Innovation Alliance. He is passionate about the role families play in supporting students of color in their transition to and through college. He earned his Ph.D. in human ecology with a specialization in family sciences from Kansas State University, his master's degree in public service administration and policy from the William J. Clinton School of Public Service (University of Arkansas), and his bachelor's degree in human development and family studies with a minor in sociology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
