Karin Stephens

Karin Stephens is the Campus Engagement and Event Manager at the UIA, where she supports the planning and execution of our in-person gatherings and live online experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and impact across the community.

With over 15 years of experience in event management and logistics, Karin has led the coordination of conferences, corporate gatherings, and multi-day events. She brings a strong background in managing complex logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building trusted vendor partnerships to deliver seamless, well-executed experiences.

Karin is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful planning approach, and ability to create events that support meaningful engagement. She's pursuing her Master's Degree in Marketing from ASU.
