Chelsea Haring

Chelsea Haring, is the Interim Chief Operating Officer for the UIA, where she oversees the organization’s operational strategy, financial management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure effective scaling and sustainable growth. With more than a decade of experience as an operations and revenue leader, Chelsea specializes in leveraging systems, technology, and processes to drive organizational efficiency and mission-driven expansion.

Chelsea’s professional background spans leadership roles in early-stage companies and organizations operating in the higher education adjacent market, including CEO, COO, and Director of Partnerships. She has experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including boards of directors, investor groups, and customer bases of more than 300 clients. She is an expert on strategic growth, operations, and partnership development. Her expertise includes designing and implementing scalable revenue models, streamlining operations for remote teams, and fostering high-impact partnerships that support long-term organizational sustainability.

In the first decade of her career, Chelsea worked as a higher education leader in career services and deeply values the student centered focus of the UIA’s work. Chelsea holds a Master's Degree from Portland State University.
