Dr. Zhewei Gregory has dedicated over 15 years to higher education. She started her higher ed career as a teaching faculty in China in 2002, received her Ph.D. in Translation Studies from Kent State University in 2012 and has held faculty positions with several universities in the U.S. including Georgia Institute of Technology and Wake Forest University. She has also managed online courseware and curriculum development projects with Defense Language Institute, the Department of Defense. Supporting student success through college and preparing them for further academic career or professional life has been the core of her teaching and advising endeavor. She recently joined the UIA as a fellow at Georgia State University and the Completion Grants Project Director. Dr. Gregory is passionate about higher education and committed to fulfilling the mission of UIA through advanced technologies and cross-institutional collaborations.
