Rich Singiser
Dr. Rich Singiser is the University Innovation Alliance Project Fellow at Georgia State University. Rich has 15 years of experience in education as a faculty member. He began his career helping to start a chemistry degree at Clayton State University. After more than 10 years of classroom-based experience helping students navigate all aspects of their college experience, Rich took on a more active role in helping shape student success. He added on the role of Faculty Athletics Representative at Clayton State where he started new advising and mentoring initiatives for student athletes. In his short time as FAR, Rich was nominated by Clayton State University and the Peach Belt Conference for the NCAA - Dr. Dave Pariser Faculty Mentor Award.
Rich graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in chemistry, Clayton State University with a Master’s in Strategic Leadership Development and earned his PhD from the University of Kentucky in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry. Rich is passionate about seeing students succeed in all areas but especially in STEM fields given our increasingly technological society.
