

Jennifer Wilken
Jennifer Wilken serves as Associate Vice Provost for Data Strategy, Analysis, and Planning within the ASU Academic Enterprise. Since joining ASU in 2005, they have held roles across the offices of the University Planner, Planning and Budget, and the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost. Currently, she leads Institutional Analysis and Enrollment Analysis, overseeing a team of institutional researchers, data scientists, and analysts dedicated to advancing university-wide strategic planning and student success.
A key architect of ASU’s Student Success Analytic Collaborative, she works across units to foster collaboration and innovation through data. In partnership with UTO, she co-leads the Actionable Analytics initiative, enhancing institutional capacity to serve students through responsible data practices and model development.
Her work explores how data can be a tool for equity, meaningful progress, and thoughtful inquiry, while also advancing ASU’s commitment to privacy and governance.
In addition to her data leadership, she is a certified spiritual director, adjunct faculty member, former financial analyst and software team manager, and speaks fluent Portuguese. She holds degrees in Mathematics and Religious Studies from Oklahoma State University and ASU, respectively.
